I sold an item on eBay on Saturday (6th February) and the buyer says that they have paid me through PayPal. Ebay is saying that they have paid me the full amount but it is not showing up on my PayPal account or my online banking. When I normally sell something PayPal notifies me straight away but I have not received anything. I have spoken to PayPal who have said to check my email address on Ebay and make sure that it is matching to the one on my PayPal account which it is as they are both linked. I have replied to them but they have not answered due to the time (closed till tomorrow) The buyer has also sent me a picture of what their PayPal says which is that they sent me the full amount through their Paypal balance.
Is there anything else I can do to try and work out where this payment is?
