I ordered from an online shop, but the merchant cancelled the order. The total amount was deducted from my debit bank account on my PayPal account. The merchant has informed me that they didnt received any payment from PayPal as they cancelled my order. Until now, I havent heard from anyone from PayPal, and my money hasnt been refunded yet.
