I'll be precise with my question. I've made an order of total 357GBP. I had 108 on PayPal balance prior to the purchase, and the rest was withdrawn from my card. I was issued a full refund, where I am getting the amount withdrawn from the card refunded there, and the amount I paid from the balance was not fully refunded. I have recieved 98 instead of 108 back, when I was refunded for a full amount as per email I've recieved from Paypal and the total amount that is listed in it.
