my client stays in Thailand - he is from Canada - and he says he can't send money as being in Thailand and sending money to other countries are being flagged as fraudulent - so he says he doesn't know why PayPal not working, or any clue how to send money to India. His girlfriend from Thailand used to send money via PayPal- and I am confused why this is happening. can someone help me with a suitable answer?
