Get your Funds Service or virtual product not working

Hi, I am residing outside USA and received a fund from one of my friend. I clicked on get your funds and selected ‘Service or Virtual Product’ but after selecting that option, I’m just showing white screen. It’s not even loading. I tried to log in using different browser, PC, laptop and cellphone but white screen still persist. Can someone help me? Is there another workaround to claim the money transferred to me? Or is there a way to have the white screen resolve after clicking the ‘Service or virtual product’?
