Refund hasn't entered my Card or PayPal Balance

Hi!
I have received a refund notif since my cancellation from a booking and it was marked as completed in my paypal activity. 11 hrs from the refund notification, I still haven't received money either from my Balance or the card linked that I have made the purchase with.
If anybody can help, I would really appreciate
