Welcome to our Community Forums! Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear a recent transaction didn't go as planned. Sometimes if a card has been recently declined, our Security System may not present it as a valid funding source for some time. I normally recommend reaching out to our Customer Support over the phone to review what funding sources are being presented and if there are any options to assist further.
