Yeterday i have paid to Dynadot, funds was charged from my card, but Paypal did not send the transaction#, so the recipient did not received funds.
On my Paypal account (activity) i can not to find any info about this transaction (no completed, no hold, no reviews,no history). There are impossible to contact with Paypal support.
Pls help with solve, i do not to know why PayPal after charged from my card, did not send the transaction # and did not to pay to recipient, strange situation.
