I sent funds to a friend from USA to Philippines. Her phone has been taken and the passwords for her email account changed, and possibly the password for her PayPal account. She can not log into her PayPal account from another device, not can she log into her email account.
Any suggestions on how to stop these funds from being transferred or a way for her to recover her account?
