I've been using the F&F option to pay business invoices for years because it's much cheaper than sending a bank wire. Today I went to pay an invoice and noticed there was no upfront $5 fee taken out. I thought "Hmmm, cool" but minutes later my sales rep in China sent me an email saying their payment was reduced by several hundred dollars and to send the rest.
