Jordan / Personal Hello, i used my account to pay for online purchases a couple of times, but why don't I have the option to send money to family & friends? I'm not paying for goods or anything I just want to send money to a friend.

Same issue here, it’s essential to have family and friends option activated in Jordan.

The friends/family option is not available in many countries, yours is included in that list unfortunately.

Have you considered xoom instead?
