Error messages since Friday when trying to verify account

I have been calling pay pal since Friday as well as leaving texts to them and still no response. PayPal has my money on hold and it is not allowing me to verify my account . In addition they haven’t sent the two small payments for me to verify my account either. What can I do ? Is there anyone from PayPal who can return my call? This is such a big company and I am shocked that they do not have anyone working remotely to assist customers who are not computer savvy .
