Error during checkout, bank charged twice but payment not recognized by paypal

Today i tried to place an order on fasttech using paypal, during the last confirmation step i get an error asking me to refresh the page, the order was never placed and paypal did not recognize a payment. Yet my bank app says i was charged TWICE Now i opened a ticket with fasttech but i cannot open a ticket with paypal since for them there is no payment, i only received an email from them saying my bank denied the payment but for the bank it went through twice How do i solve this problem, i dont have a method to talk to paypal, and i have to address the problem with my bank physically since i dont see an option to dispute an transaction on their app, so i will go to my bank if the problem isnt resolved in a couple of days. Also i made the order a second time this everything went fine, paypal sees it and the order but now i have 3 transactions on my bank, one is correct and two are fake
