Error accepting payment request

I requested money from my father and we just did the same thing the other other day and had no issues. This time is larger amount but when I request it he hits accept and send but it pops up as an error. What is the issue?

I'm sorry to hear that your father is unable to pay a payment request that you've sent to him. This can happen for a few reasons, up to and including the possibility that the security system is declining the payment due to some risk that has been perceived. If the problem persists when the payment is tried at a later date, please ask your father to reach out to customer service for some troubleshooting.
