My pro paypal account is in Morocco while I wanna pay to an account in Egypt. I did that successfully about 20 days ago. But now after 3 days' attempt, it still failed! The page indicate that "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later.
If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service."
