I am trying to cancel an Echeck but it says the receiver has to cancel it and the receiver looked and it says the sender has to cancel it. We are both mutually okay with canceling it but need help on how to do that since paypal tells us both different things. any ideas?

The receiver of the echeque can refund once the echeque has cleared.

You can only cancel it if you talk to your bank and see if they can re-call it.

Paypal can't do anything as they have not received the funds from the bank.
