I am trying to recover the money via Paypal, the money was already sent to me 3 days ago and I have not received the money in my account yet

Are you sure it wasn't a scam?

Only paypal payments show in your paypal account balance within minutes.

Even if you are subject to the new seller hold they would still show in your balance but as pending.

Secondly have you confirmed your email address?

Have you received funds before?

Were the funds sent in your currency?
