I have been waiting for over a week I am not a seller this money was sent to me by my significant other for bills. It has been out of his account and PayPal is telling me it could take 7 days to release. I’ve read the user agreement it states 3-5 business days. Customer service is no help. I need a number for a complaint department or something they are in clear violation of the contract I signed.
