I recently cancelled an order from ebay and the seller sent me an message saying he refunded the full amount and even got an email from Paypal saying the money has been refunded to my Paypal account. The thing is I paid using a debit card and never even had a Paypal account until now and it's not even linked to my ebay account. I guess my question is, where was my refund sent?
If you DIDN'T use funds in your Paypal balance then once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, however that varies country to country.
