Bank called me and told me that Paypal is taking €11.65. The bank told me it is direct debit and it is a setting from Paypal. I want an explanation for this please. Also I want to stop this setting.
Check if you had a subscription set up... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
