Bad Morning, Digital River has stolen my $49. What should I do?

Try to resolve it with the merchant first:

Find your order and contact their customer service for assistance.

They “sell antivirus subscriptions, software subscriptions, consumer electronics, and other products through our online stores on behalf of our clients.”

Make sure you disable any automatic or pre-approved payments in your PayPal account payment settings with this merchant also:

Finding your automatic payments on the website:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Payments.
3. Click Manage automatic payments.
4. Select the merchant.
