Hi does anyone know how to verify your PayPal account for selling items on depop? I sold an item and then got an email from depop to say my PayPal wasn't verified, I've followed the links and updated my card etc but haven't received confirmation that it's now verified. When will I know if I am going to receive the payment? I have already shipped the item to the buyer but haven't had any money through. Thanks for any help
Thank you. The email was actually from depop so I think it is real, they also messaged me on the app to say the same thing. I think I have done all the steps to verify it but I haven't had anything to confirm this. Do you know where to find money that is pending before being put into your account? I'm not sure if depop only send the money once the buyer has received their item
