Hi @Manang,

 

I'm sorry to hear that a payment has been denied. That can happen for a few reasons. If you wait at least a full day or more before trying the payment again and it's still denied, please call customer service for troubleshooting. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then log in for the number.
