Denied payment on sellers side

It seems I cannot receive money. I am confirmed with a bank and credit card. And when I'm sent money it says the request is denied. I just signed up a few days ago if that has anything to do with it. Customer support here is no help. They send me to facebook and Twitter and then they send me right back here where noone answers my messages (I. E. Paypals customer support message assistant) Any help would be nice thanks.
