Declined purchase woth same cards

I'm not too sure as to why my purchases were declined this is the first time I have seen this and I do have money in my account

Sorry to hear you are experiencing problems making this payment. It sounds like the card is being declined which may be for many different reasons. It is worth checking with your card issuer. Please also make sure the name and address registered to the card matches exactly what you have registered to your PayPal account. We would suggest reaching out to our support team directly using the 'Help & Contact' option at the bottom of any PayPal page if this continues.
