I understand the frustration caused by declined payments. There are a number of different reasons that could cause a payment to be declined. Here are some common reasons for declined payments. Payments may also be declined due to issues with the recipients account such as a limitation or their payment preferences. 

 

In some cases, PayPal may also block a payment if the security system identifies any high risk. This is intended to protect you and your payment. For more detailed and account-specific information, you may want to contact PayPal customer service. 

 

You can reach customer support by Facebook, Twitter, or by selecting "Contact," at the bottom of any PayPal page.
