Customer Service at PayPal.

I have had 3 instances at Customer service with PayPal and I think I need to comment on the last of them.
Today I set up a deletion of a recurring charge to my PayPal account for a vendor that had not listened to me for over 90 days regarding my cancellation.
So I disputed the charge with explanation to Paypal. Somehow, during the interval, a Password reset was triggered that My Safari browser did not capture correctly. It resulted in me having a lock out of my account.
Finally I found (and I will keep in my inbox) a phone number that was for Customer service. Preparing to be waiting for a long time, I was surprised that I was answered in a reasonable time. The agent was Extremely courteous and was happy to help me untangle the monstrosity of the system updates needed to get my account fixed. (Like The issue that I had forgotten to update my phone number from 14. years ago. My Bad)
I just want to say that this was an extremely positive experience, and that there IS some good Customer Service here.
Now in terms of Bank type and Billing type disputes? I have only had 2 in my history, and both were resolved with 1 call. I wish I could say the same for SunTrust.
