My husband just lost his job due to Covid. I have been trying to obtain refunds for my paypal purchases. None of the items have come. I have tied everything to reach someone to help to no avail. Kim

The only persons that can allow you to cancel and refund are the merchants you purchased from.
Paypal only covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
