Correlation between receiving payment and mails sent to billing address

If I receive payments, does PayPal mail it to my billing address? I’m not planning to send payments and I don’t want mails sent to my address.

Funds from buyers go into your paypal account balance, then you can withdraw them to your linked bank account when you want to.
