Is paypal allowing us to post pone payments due to COVID19? Would be appreciated if we can get stable then continue payments on credit.

sadly i think you'll just have to keep calling and holding for however long you need to if you're from the U.S. -- I tried chatting w someone via FB, but Paypal doesn't manage Paypal Credit (can you imagine??) -- Synchrony bank does. So you have to contact Synchrony bank
