how can i claim money send through email,I clicked on claim button and sign in my account and i doesn't showing there.Help me out please.

Im just a normal PayPal user @py759 Try confirming your email address/ making sure it's listed in your profile. Hit the down arrow by your name, click the email button and confirm the email if it's listed there, otherwise add it and confirm it. Hope this helps!

Double check the email address that your sender used and make sure there were no spelling errors or typos.
Secondly make sure your email address is verified.
Thirdly in your country you can only accept 'export' related payment ie from international customer so if it was from someone in your own country then you may not be able to accept it.
Lastly was it sent in a currency that you have added to your paypal account?
