Charge was incorrectly processed from my wallet instead of PayPal credit

I purchased concert tickets on Nov. 15th using my PayPal credit option.  On Nov. 27th I logged in to make a PP credit payment and noticed my wallet was just about depleted. I thought someone hacked my account. After calling the customer service line and being connected to an overseas agent in the Philippines I was given several different excused for the error. The first one was "that is how Ticketmaster processed your charge", when I disputed that it was "it is an agreement with Ticketmaster" again I disputed that excuse, then I was told "I need to set my preferred option to PayPal credit", and they verified that themselves when I told them that is my preferred option. They then tried to tell me that PP credit denied it because I didn't have enough credit.  I told them that was incorrect, I have plenty of available credit on my PP credit line.  After none of these excuses would work for them, I was then told (and this is the best one) that when I made the purchase their internal system flagged it as a fraud charge for PP credit, so it was processed as direct/cash purchase from my PP wallet balance.  ARE YOU KIDDING ME HERE? I asked why I was not contacted like any other credit card company would have done when something is flagged as fraud.  Crickets...crickets...crickets!  I demanded they correct this and replace my balance and correct the charge as PP credit.  They refused.  They also refused to connect me to someone in the US.  I need help getting to a corporate contact that can help me correct this.
