Charge me 0.91cent why?

Why the PayPal the charge me. 0.91cent when i buy somethinh for ebay? I want to refund me.

As this is a general forum, I cannot give you specific information on why this happened but in general, if you make a payment through eBay, the payment would still be charged through the PayPal platform. This could explain why you see the PayPal charge.
