Cancel a payment

I pay a monthly payment for a game which is no longer use. Don't know password to log in

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.

Thanks so much for your help. I was able to get all future payments cancelled that I have been trying for ages to do x

Maybe try this first?

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
