I had my PayPal card linked just fine, then I changed my address and suddenly it won’t work. I tried changing it back and I can’t. This goddamned virus has every company saying “sorry, we can’t help you because because of the virus”, this is BS!!! How do I fix this? Thank you for your help
Your address on your paypal account should have the same address of your card's billing information. You can call your card provider for them to update your card's new billing address so that it will work again on paypal.
