Can't send money since today

Hello, Yesterday i called paypal for a refund that is pending... Now when i try to send money to friend and familly

It says " Your funding source isn’t working. Do you want to try again with another card or bank?"

But my card worked yesterdat and i have money in bank. 

How do i get back my paypal sending money work again?

That definitely sounds frustrating. 😞 It sounds like we may be blocking your card as a payment method. If this is the case, it could be due to your pending refund, which would mean the issue should be resolved once it completes. In the meantime, you'll either need to wait to make purchases, or use a different payment method. I hope this helps!
