Can’t receive private transfers

Hi world, i am resident in Dubai and just opened a PayPal account, linked my debit card. Don’t know why i can receive private transfers. What is the reason?

Do you mean you cannot (not can) receive friends/family (not private) transactions?

If you do mean that then sadly the friends/family option is not available in your country.
