I made a transfer from my UK account to my Gibraltar account and noticed a hefty fee. Therefore, I decided to issue a refund for this transaction but the system does not allow me to complete the refund stating that I have insufficient funds. Apparently, it does not want to issue the hefty fee and I need to cover it with a credit card or bank account.
What is wrong with this system? It's the first time when I encounter something like this.
