Can't approve shipment receiving

Hello there, hope you're doing well.

The "Confirm Shipment Received" button in the Transaction Details doesn't seem to do anything at all!

The receiver sees the money as suspended as always because I still haven't confirmed getting the item.

But the problem is that the button just redirects me to another page and doesn't do what it should.

Please help.
