I try to order something which cost like 40$ (thinking that paypal will use my balance and card for single purchase) then there were problems (idk what kind) and order isn't confirmed by merchant, so now I can see that money on my balance and card, but i contact with seller to understand can i still use that money, and they said that they see payment like 20$ (which is what I have in that moment in my balance) and that they gonna cancel this and I can use that money like 3-5 days later. The problem is that i order same item many times thinking that there is some kind of problem, and what seller said is referred to 1 payment not all of them so I think I can use money like 30 days later or I can use it now ? Please help... #paymentpending
