I been charge by paypall for facebooks ads of USD 35.69 , However due to insufficient balance, the charge were unable to complete. Therefore, i already reload my balance in my bank account and would like paypal to restart the charge again so that Facebook can activate my account. Therefore, enable me to continue using their facebook advertising.
