Can I send money to someone's credit card if recipient does not have paypal?

Is there a way of sending money from paypal to someone's credit card (as a credit), if the recipient does not have paypal account?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

In general, from your PayPal account, you can only send someone money if the other person has a PayPal account.
