I am unable to locate my buyers address. It is not on the email confirming their payment or in the details of the completed transaction. Where can I find this?
Sounds as if they paid you using the friends/family option?
As its a 'gift' payment then no address would be needed.
However be careful as its against paypal rules to accept payments that way for selling and if you continue doing so you risk your account being banned, also it renders you seller protection ineligible against chargebacks or unauthorised payments.
