Broken connection of bank account with Paypal account

Hi, I've had one problem for a long time. I can't assign my bank account by entering an IBAN. In the past it worked well for me, but in the past my account was closed for one transaction, I had to verify it. Everything went well, but I found that it broke the connection between my bank account and my Paypal account. I decided to reassign my bank account, but I wasn't accepted for IBAN.
