I just need to know how to donate the same amount of money to a charity each month, please.

It depends on how the charity has their donation acceptance setup - when you make a donation on the PayPal checkout screens, if the option for making a regular monthly donation amount is not available - then all you can do is go back each month.   Under certain circumstances, depending on how the donation button code or links are created by the charity - you may or may not have the monthly option.   It's also possible for the charity to create a subscription type button whereas you could make a monthly donation but, that's up to the charity.
