Has anyone else had a problem with receiving a refund from paypal? Mistakes were made on my billing and paypal owe me in excess of £100 and the process of a refund was initiated over 3 weeks ago. When i first contacted live help i was told the refund would be in my paypal acc within 72 hours yet I still have not received it. I have contacted live help several times and just get told its been processed and i should recieve it soon but cant give me a time.
