Autorize payment

Hi,

 

a week ago i bought my food over a local supplier in Germany, and the payment was supposed to go through, but all i can see are the details of this transaction but i can't do anything with it besides reading the details. The transaction is kinda grayed out and it hasn't been charged yet.

 

This company i bought the food from are sending me emails reminding me that I have to authorize the payment but i see no option to authorize this.

 

Can someone please let me know if any of you had this? how can i solve this? There is no paypal support i can call.
