Automatic order got cancelled by vendor, but I didn't received my funds back.

As I stated in the title, I placed an order, but the vendor cancelled it. It shows on paypal that it has been cancelled, but my money didnt arrive back to my bank account, instead it shows as a booked amount. The order has been cancelled 1 week ago, so I don't know what to do.

When you cancel a payment those funds can't do a u-turn > they have to process through to paypal who will as the transaction was cancelled return them to your funding source (if you paid from your bank account or with a card), or credit your paypal balance (if it was funded from that balance), but that takes a few days and sometimes up to a week.
