Ok, so I went to order something from a site that I had never completed a purchase from and to be precautious, I used PayPal. PayPal offered me the “Pay in 4” agreement and I accepted, but the payment did not go through on the website of my purchase. To be more exact, PayPal took my money ($12.46 to be exact) and the payment for the product was not even completed.
