Hi , I have recently paid somebody 320 USD for a service , to which he decided he did not want to do anymore So he refunded , but then immediately changed his mind , so I tried to give him the 320 USD again , but now my bank account that I was paying with was not showing up anymore and it has been like that ever since , but only for him , for the rest my bank account is still showing as a payment option when I try to buy. Do you guys have any idea what could it be ?
